Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

2. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed material if the original complaining party does not file a lawsuit against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers

ModStylish will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate account holders who are repeat infringers of copyright.
